3. I understand my order will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.

Confirmations usually takes 24 hours when using a credit card & 4 days if using a bank card [eg. ANZ access card].

Important:

Hairfalls cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged Due to health and safety reasons.

I accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged via posting.

If you are worried or want extra security for your item - i offer registered posting.

Damaged items need to be taken up with your postal service, As all items are kept safe, and posted safely.
